Return/Exchange Policy: 

• Return Policy: We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of purchase. After this period, refunds or exchanges cannot be processed.
• Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Items showing wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
• Non-Returnable Items: Swimwear, panty, intimate apparel, and items marked as final sale are non-returnable for hygiene and clearance reasons.
• Return Shipping: Securely pack the item with all accessories and tags, label the package with the RA number provided, and ship it to the designated address. Return shipping costs are covered unless the return is due to our error.
• Refund and Exchanges: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days upon receipt and inspection of the return. For exchanges, follow the return process and place a new order.
• Damaged or Defective Items: Contact customer support within 48 hours of receipt if you receive a damaged or defective item for prompt assistance.

Dispatch Policy: 

• Delivery: Your order will be delivered to the address specified during checkout. Typically, delivery takes 4-5 days, but may vary based on order size and delivery location.
• Non-receipt of Package: If you do not receive your package, a carrier investigation will be initiated upon receipt of your claim. This investigation may take several days. During this period, no reimbursement or re-delivery will occur.
