Returns & Exchanges for Online Purchases

Jivitha products are made with utmost care, and we ensure high-quality standards. As a policy, we do not offer any returns on products that are delivered in perfect condition. However, if you've made an error with the size of your clothing, we will be happy to exchange your product for a replacement.

Customers are requested to contact our Customer Care Team within 2 days of receiving delivery with the intent of exchange. Please mention the following:

• Order number
• Date of purchase
• Items you wish to return or exchange (SKU number)
• Reason for return and exchange

Please note: All sales are final, and products are eligible only for exchanges in size.

EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Discounted products are not applicable for any exchange/return. All sales are final.
2. Some Jivitha products are hand block/screen printed and made with utmost care by our craftsmen in rural areas. However, minor printing variations or irregularities may be noticed on the fabric. These instances should not be treated as defects in the product.
3. Please read item descriptions carefully and note the sizes of products. Also, be aware that monitors are calibrated differently, so colors, while close, may not be 100% accurate. In the event of an exchange, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
4. To exchange a product, our Customer Care Team should be contacted within 2 days of receiving the delivery. Please mention the order number and date of purchase in the subject line to help us quickly process your exchange request.
5. In order for us to approve any exchanges, ensure that the merchandise is unused, unworn, and undamaged, with tags intact.
6. Please ensure that all returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
7. All exchange vouchers issued have a 1-month validity. Exchanges for products purchased at our online and offline stores have a 1-month validity period.
8. For all exchanges, please ship to the return address provided by our Customer Care Team.

REFUNDS
Please note: All sales are final, and products are eligible only for exchanges in size. Refunds will be made only for the cost of goods to the credit/debit card used for online shopping. Shipping charges will not be refunded except in cases where Jivitha has erroneously sent the wrong item/color/size.

It will take about 10-12 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Refunds will be done in the following cases. Ensure that the merchandise is unused, unworn, and undamaged, with tags intact:

• If Jivitha has erroneously sent you the wrong item/color/size.

No Refunds will be entertained under the following circumstances:

1. Incorrect delivery address.
2. After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier.
3. Product returned is damaged due to use or misuse.
4. Product returned has a defect but has been used.
5. The products returned have no tags and invoice attached.

Note: Refunds are granted only after receiving the returned shipment.
