Manerazz reserves the right to determine the COD Limit, based on customer purchase history and pattern.
For refunds taken into source accounts via UPI & Wallet, your refund will reflect instantly(48hrs in case of delay).For refunds taken to source accounts (that is Credit Card, Debit Card and Netbanking), your refund may take 7-10 days to reflect in your account depending upon your bank partner.
The COD fee is non refundable incase of unlikely event of cancellation or partial or full return of the order . Please note the order value is calculated after all the GST/VAT ,discounts and other applicable charges have been applied .
Orders can be cancelled till the time they are in the processing stage .Orders once shipped can not be cancelled .
This is easy , you can log onto our website , go to My account section , enter the relevant details , select the order you would like to return and click on the return/Exchange and follow the instructions on the page.
We do not accept returns , on below categories like swimwear , lingerie , perfume , deodrant. Haircare, innerwear, shaving ,skincare, silver jewellery , idols and coins, makeup , maternity and beauty and care, electronics, baby care. To be certain if the product is non-returnable you can refer to the disclaimer provided on the product page.
Sorry, that is not possible at the moment as the system would have already passed the mobile number and address to our warehouse to pack and ship your product. That said, we never say never! You can always cancel the order before it has been packed and can place a new order. Don’t worry, there are no cancellation charges.
Our courier person will hand over the package to you only once the payment has been made. Please do not accept any package if it is tampered.
