In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered, is different from what you had ordered, you may return the merchandise. For the process of return, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it with its original packaging & the tags. The merchandise return is valid within 7 days from the date on which these goods were delivered. The return can only be exercised if the merchandise will be in the condition mentioned above. In any other case, only an exchange can be issued. Alternatively, you can exchange the merchandise for another style or size. Please make note of the following points before for a hassle-free exchange process: 1) Kindly send the invoice copy along with the unused products & the tags intact. 2) If the newly selected merchandise value is more than the originally purchased merchandise value, then you may have to pay the difference amount.
