Request for refund, exchange, or alteration needs to be initiated within 7 days of the date of receipt of the Product by the customer.
Product should be unused and unwashed . There should not be any perfume/ deodorant/ washing powder smell etc on it.
Product should be free of any stains (make-up, pen marks etc.) . Original tags, brand tags, box, original packaging material, and accompanying accessories should not have been damaged or discarded.
The accessories delivered with the Product should be returned along with the Product in an undamaged condition.
Products under Flash Sale / EOSS sale are not eligible for refund/exchange.
Cancellation: Orders are eligible for cancellation by the User for up to 8 hours from the placement of the order.
Once the User cancels the order within such 8 hours, the paid amount for such canceled order will be refunded in line with the Refund Policy mentioned above.
Defective/ Damaged/ Incorrect Apparel: Though highly unlikely, in case of an incorrect/ wrong / damaged Product received by the User, pls. notify us within 24 hours of receiving the same with the relevant pictures of the product or preferably footage while opening the parcel.
We assure you that we will replace your product or provide you with a full refund (at your option) in such a case. Exchange: It usually takes 7-10 working days to complete the exchange request post placing a request. No more than 2 exchanges shall be entertained unless the product delivered is defective.
