1. Order Processing Time: Upon receiving your order, we require a certain amount of time to process and prepare it for shipment. This processing time typically ranges from 10-15 business days. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Return exchange policy

1. Returns and exchanges can be made within a window of 7 days from receiving the product.
2. ⁠We do not accept returns for exchange orders. However, exchange orders will be accepted only when there is a requirement of different size of the same item.

3. ⁠Items must be returned and will be accepted when they are unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
4. ⁠Discounted / sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
