Shipping and Returns
- Request for refund, exchange, or alteration needs to be initiated within 7 days of the date of receipt of the Product by the customer.
- Product should be unused and unwashed . There should not be any perfume/ deodorant/ washing powder smell etc on it.
- Product should be free of any stains (make-up, pen marks etc.) . Original tags, brand tags, box, original packaging material, and accompanying accessories should not have been damaged or discarded.
- The accessories delivered with the Product should be returned along with the Product in an undamaged condition.
- Products under Flash Sale / EOSS sale are not eligible for refund/exchange.
- Cancellation: Orders are eligible for cancellation by the User for up to 8 hours from the placement of the order.
- Once the User cancels the order within such 8 hours, the paid amount for such canceled order will be refunded in line with the Refund Policy mentioned above.
- Defective/ Damaged/ Incorrect Apparel: Though highly unlikely, in case of an incorrect/ wrong / damaged Product received by the User, pls. notify us within 24 hours of receiving the same with the relevant pictures of the product or preferably footage while opening the parcel.
- We assure you that we will replace your product or provide you with a full refund (at your option) in such a case. Exchange: It usually takes 7-10 working days to complete the exchange request post placing a request. No more than 2 exchanges shall be entertained unless the product delivered is defective. Pls. also note that no refund shall be processed against the second exchange.
- It usually takes approximately 5-7 days to prepare the order and 2-3 days to deliver it within India.
